Mardock Scramble 2. I have literally no idea if I just watched the standard or director's cut, the menu is so confusing. In any case I was enjoying the film well enough through the first half of the film, then the director suddenly decides to turn it into Casino Royale and I just got left behind (I know there was supposed to be a point to that roulette table stuff but it went right over my head) and the obsession with eggs is getting silly now. The trailer for the third (and last?) film gave a release date of september 2012 (for japanese cinema presumably) so I would expect it to get released here next year and I'll rewatch the first two films again then, hopefully I'll 'get' the whole gambling thing a bit better then.

As I said above I hadn't even realised the director's cut was the bonus material, why not list them both on the main menu rather than hiding one away under an anonymous tab.

A Certain Magical Index - Episodes 21-24

Wow, it's like J.C. Staff completely forgot who the main character was in the second half, you know, the one whose name is in the title.
I know there's a second season but that ending was pretty weak and unsatisfying. It was pretty nice to have a show where the only real move the 'Hero' can do is punch the bad guy in the face. For me though, it went downhill after the Accelerator arc (Which was the best arc IMO).

JC Staff neither came up with the plot, nor had to react to the massive overwhelming fan preference for Mikoto over Index.

@animefreak - Gundam 00 has to be my favourite Gundam series so far (admittedly, I've only seen about half of Mobile Suit Gundam, as well as SEED, DESTINY and a few episodes of AGE).

I liked how the first film did it - the cinematic release was down the left hand side, while the Director's Cut was on the right hand side of the main menu. With the second movie, the Director's Cut is actually the default, with the cinematic release being hidden under a menu, iirc.

Persona 4: The Animation - Episodes 16 & 17 (Vol 2 Finished)
Mardock Scramble: The Second Combustion

Wait, what was The Second Combustion supposed to add? Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed it, but It feels like I just watched an hour of filler which came to a sudden stop.

@joshawatt & animefreak17 - Gundam 00 is pretty fantastic, and it's easily the most accessible gundam imho for any newcomers to the franchise. If you do ever decide to watch the movie, be prepared to hate the ending. i imagine it never happened so i feel better about it ;D

Speaking of Gundam;

Gundam Unicorn Episode 5 - Well, what an episode. My god. I don't honestly think i've seen such a well animated series of battles in a long while. They spared no pennies in making this absolutely stunning to watch. It's very well paced, story flows nicely and i honestly think i'm starting to like Banagher more than most others as a protag for gundam. Seeing Bright Noa in action again is pretty amazing. He's always had this aura to him as a character, and it still shows through in this which is great to see. I wonder what more we'll see of him in episodes 6-7 Honestly can't wait to get episode 6 in, but then i have the wait for episode 7 D: I have heard that 6 is fairly poorly paced, but we'll see when i get to it.
