AnoNatsu e.3 - OK, I am going to need someone to quickly watch to the end of this show for me - if Kanna ends up unhappy then I am OUT and they have lost one Dragon. Apart from that, it's tussling with Brave 10 for my second favorite show of the season.
Gundam AGE e.16 - This calendar year I thought the show had brought itself up to "pretty good" fairly easily - but this episode was another step for it. Flit is a badman now, Asemu is super cool, and the way the generational aspect is shaping the narrative has me very much looking forward to the remaining two arcs.
Mirai Nikki e.16 - Eh, the stuff with Yukiteru's Dad was OK, I suppose, but the show is in kind of a lull atm compared to the high points over the rest of its run. Not that I'm not still enjoying it, though.

Baragaki arc! And they're baiting me terribly by casting Morikawa as Isaburou. The very funny episodes lately have been amazing, but I'm looking forward to this arc heating up with some serious moments too. Even the rather annoying new guy can't ruin things.

Forgot to post about this at the time but what a great episode! Shinobu is fantastic, even if I did have to pause the episode to explain things to the person I'm watching with as he was completely lost for the first time (he hasn't seen Bakemonogatari). I'm now officially excited about Kizumonogatari.

Hmm, im looking into buying the complete series of Eureka seven, would anyone recommend it?
I've read a one off manga of it and it looks interesting but what would you all say about the anime? Worth buying or not?
I like Cowboy bebop (this show is similar from what i've read online, almost bounty hunters doing what it takes to put food on the table as they fly through space) But don't really enjoy mecha (with the exception of burst angels and TTGL).

The new female character seems to have puzzle pieces stuck in her eyes.
Also we had a moment where Yoko seemed to echo Shion Sonozaki...'What do you know about Kamina! How dare you speak of him that way!' Which was rather frightening

I love how almost every guy in this series seems to swagger whenever they walk. I also love the outrageously sexy outfits everyone wears. Of course I had already seen production pictures from its original run but it's not the same as seeing them in action. The Utena feel is still very strong, with all of the rituals, sexiness and potential metaphors surrounding the island. I forget if I mentioned it before but the flickery subtitles when the song subtitles come on are rather annoying. It would have been nice (redundant now since Bandai won't care...) if they had made the song subtitles optional, if they were going to cause flickering.
Also watched the first 20 seconds of Brave10 episode 4 this morning, which teased me with exciting silkily-voiced dialogue. Why did I have to stop and go to work?
