Baby Steps s2 ep25 (complete). The result of that match was predictable given how this was the last episode and all. I'm still holding out hope for a third season.

Non Non Biyori: Repeat s2 ep12 (complete). Gorgeous as always, and a wonderful goodbye episode. I don't see anything next season that can replace this.

The Heroic Legend of Arslan ep24. Quite the spectacular episode, probably the best one so far.
 
Hunter x Hunter-Episode 138

Alluka seems like she could be interesting. Her powers don't seem to be Nen related so I wonder if they explain the source of her powers. Also, her Gender seems to be up in the air too. Alluka, in this episode, is referred to by both he and she so I wonder if they'll explain that too. She certainly looks female but so does Kurapika :p

I was under the impression from stuff on their Facebook page that Discotek were looking to get Giant Gorg out fairly soon.
 
School-Live! (Gakkou Gurashi) (Japanese audio) - Episode 12 (Completed)

So in the end:
- Miki survived the bite!
- Tadomaru, despite already turning into a zombie, managed to turn back to normal but died from his wounds. ;_;
- The girls graduated and left the school.
- Kei confirmed to be a zombie, seen when the girls are driving away from the school.
- Another dog was spotted looking at Tadomaru's grave (aka the dog that Tadomaru was trying to find).
- A girl was spotted looking at a pic of the drawings of the girls.

Bomber is so dumb. How can you not recognize your own sister. It's the same with Umaru. How can you not tell it's her when she has a cape over her head and acts a little different.
 
Gakkou Gurashi-Episode 12 Complete

Taromaru dying was very sad but apart from that there was way less death in this finale than I expected. The zombie Kei at the end there was also pretty sad to see too. This series really has left the doors wide open for a second series which I would absolutely love, especially with that post credits tease.

I've really loved this show. I think it went down a little bit towards the end but even then it's still great. I don't normally write up casual reviews for simulcasts because a lot of the time by the time a show ends I've forgotten the first half because I watched it months ago but I think I might make an exception here, so look out for that in the Anime rating thread at some point. If anyone's interested :p

Hunter x Hunter-Episodes 139 and 140

Episode 139: You know, despite this arc being titled the 13th Chairman Arc, the whole election part is by far the least interesting part of this arc. I actually wouldn't mind if that whole thing got dropped in favour of a complete focus on the Alluka story.

Episode 140: Brief but interesting check in on Kurapika. I assume we won't see anymore of him in the show now, which is a pity. I hope what he's up to eventually gets explored in the Manga. Also, nice to see Leorio back.

Himouto! Umaru-chan-Episode 12 Complete

Thank God this last episode was better than the series low point last week. Had some good jokes and I really liked the exchange between Kirie and Umaru. I kind of wish that she told Kirie the truth about Komaru but oh well. An enjoyable series overall, I was prepared to give this a 7 early on but it showed some heart in the later episodes so I went with an 8.

Food Wars (Shokugeki no Soma) (Japanese audio) - Episode 24 (Completed)
Classroom☆Crisis (Japanese audio) - Episode 13 (Completed)
Prison School (Japanese audio) - Episode 12 (Completed)

Food Wars ended well enough, sales are rather under-average so chances of Season 2 may be unlikely. 8/10

Classroom Crisis had a mixed start but the second half made up for its mistakes. Underrated show of the season. 7/10

Prison School is just magnificent. The ending does provide suggestions for a Season 2 but there's plenty of material to cover (though some time would be needed to finish its arc). 9/10
 
Final thingy of Mushishi-sad it's finally ended although it took me 4 months to realise that this was out already. Pretty chilling moments. I hope the entire series gets an entire UK release sometime. Maybe an ultimate edition from a certain company ;).
