Just read the wiki synopsis for this... urgh definitely NOT watching.
My only gripe about the last few seasons has been the lack of anime with te good things, you know exposions, death, destruction. I know I have been spoilt recently, two seasons of Code Geass and Gundam 00, Macross Frontier, code e as well as several Bones show for me to go into fanboyish squeems of rapture over, but there haven been many action shows recently and what few there have been weren't that good.

Because you and I are different. I'm sure most of what would appeal to you would not appeal to me, and reverse. ;) I go for what seems like it might be humorous and pleasant. Not for whatever is action packed and suspenseful etc etc etc.

I fail to see how Breast Milk anime is remotely funny, especially when the trailer makes it out to be a dark and serious anime. And I'm surprise a sane person would even consider this, and that's without using the term 'woman'.

Oh well, our taste differs. You like Breast Milk. I like Insanity and Mind-**** animes ;)

Someone didn't read my original post. As stated, this was -going purely off of that big image with descriptions-. I've not bothered to check out any previews. If it's "dark and serious" then it won't be for me. The breast milk thing made it sound like a comedy.

I think you should spend more time watching and less time trying to judge people. ;)

just read it, a very creepy story about incest and rape and something about cutting of penises
 
Also, I updated the first post with text info on when shows start, and put the big picture chart thing there as well. I'll do links later, it's mainly for my own benefit anyway to help me plan, as I'm sure the info is readily available elsewhere.

This is the season of ending your show name with something other than a letter - especially if it's a !

What the Furry gateway anime? Don't see how they can continue that series as it did wrap that one up well enough.

I've added links to a few preview movies where I could find them easily enough. Several others are due to be shown soon at Winter Comiket (Dec 29th-31st), so they should pop up as and when. If anyone knows of any others, I'll add them to the first post.
 
Have now seen the first episodes of:

Chu-bra!! - er... yeah... it's gonna be kind of hard to defend this series against people who want to attack it, I think. It was amusing in parts, borderline surreal in others, just about OK enough to keep watching, I think.

So.Ra.No.Wo.To. - fantastic start to what looks like a beautiful show. Again, will be hard for it to dodge the "K-ON! in the army" label people want to give it, but I think it has the potential to be almost the flip side of K-ON!, and draw on its more "grown up" setting. Could be quite sad, too, I think.

Ladies versus Butlers! - yikes! Knew this was going to be fanservice based, didn't know it was actually just going to jump in as one of the two outright softcore porn series of the season (Seikon no Qwaser being the other one). This had a couple of interesting characters, and could be pretty funny, but it will be easy for them to just reuse bad, cliched "jokes" all the time, so will be watching with trepidation (but will definitely be watching :nosebleed: ).
 
And now also the first ep of BakaTest.

Really enjoyed it, too pleased with what they've done right to worry about things they might have done wrong. Some absolutely epic stuff, still likely to be my number one of the season.

now if i am right, it seems that this anime is based off the first volume of The Divine Comedy :)

I thought it was the anime project to go along with the EA Dante's Inferno game (which is loosely based on the writings) :p
 
There are a few that look interesting on there, like Qwaser of Stigmata, Omamori Himari, Ookamikakushi. But I don't know which ones I'm going to watch yet, I'll have to look into them further. Then again I can always just catch up on other stuff.
 
No you guys, Dante's Inferno is a prequel to Devil May Cry, it's about Dante's grimdark tragic past, duh.

I so want to watch it though.
