No, 4 Omnibuses but 2 (As in Vol 2) is OOP and it took weeks to find last February so no clue now especially due to Clear Card renewing interest

Yes, despite the anime being 70 episodes, there are only about 12 volumes of manga. They can be purchased easily digitally, if you're into that. I find the anime to be far too stretched out and full of filler, but the anime is short but incredibly sweet, one of my favourite manga series. Art is beautiful.
