Recieved a couple of bits today, one of which was my first ransom letter from Royal Mail >_>
I do love the LN art of Index and it's no exception here. The art drawn for the movie is gorgeous.
The movie doesn't have subtitles for those who are wondering. I'll be watching it on my computer and loading subtitles in.
Genuinely didn't know what would happen if this scenario came out, but considering i've already unwrapped Jojo's then GTA can wait as far as i'm concerned!
Also whilst strictly not today, I wanted to show these off which I received a while back. They're omnibus editions of JJBA, whilst also being somewhat larger than usual. And they keep all of the beautiful colour pages.
@Mace: The more i look at the collectors editions for Berserk you get and compare them to ours, the more i want to import from germany. that's a nice looking set. I'd love to design books + art prints you get with it
Found some Asian Cinema titles on offer for 3 for £20 in HMV. Unfortunately they were the only two I could find in the Blu-ray section so I added Taken (Extended Cut) to the mix since I have yet to watch it.
Hero (Chinese) and The Host (Korean) are my 3rd/4th titles in my Asian Cinema collection (the others are Battle Royale (DVD) and Enter the Dragon (technically English but it was China related in terms of Martial Arts and Bruce Lee)).
So far that's two titles on my list checked, the rest to collect (from what I know of) are; Gantz & Gantz II, Death Note & Death Note II, Battle Royale: BD Uncut Edition, Oldboy (waiting for BD Trilogy to be released), 13 Assassins, Space Battleship Yamato, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, House of Flying Daggers and The Woodsman & the Rain.
In preparation for my upcoming LE Aniplex volumes of Madoka Magica and a few other titles (Higurash Vol. 2, 13 Assassins & Internal Affairs Trilogy), I have been picking up certain titles during the week and I have decided to show them off while also displaying my uni shelf:
Part I of III packages from UP1 arrived. The following are: Shigurui Death Frenzy and Welcome to the Space Show, both on Blu-ray with the DVD included for the film. I knew there were two versions of the Shigurui package but I wasn't expecting this version at all.
Part II of III packages from UP1 arrived. The following are all three volumes to Puella Magi Madoka Magica. The item arrived on time in contrast to the UK site's delivery.
More images will be shown later (I'm knackered today).
