I think you'll find they mostly reseal themselves. Almost all my orders from them in the past have come sealed but they're definitely not new.

Think it depends. My sealed stuff still had 'Manufactured in Mexico' printed on the shrink wrap.

You can tell the difference between a factory seal and a secondspin reseal, Tales of Zestiria was factory sealed as it had the "Made in Mexico" stamp on the seal.
