Couple new anime VHS's to my collection. Well i already own copy of Erämaan kutsu (Call Of The Wild) but i wanted better copy of it. It's great version of the novel and it's sad that there's not a bluray or even DVD version of it.
Bigger shame though is that there's not even single clip of the original japanese version out there.

On a slightly different note, I get all the indie distributors trying to stand out from one another with their cover artists like Kung Fu Bob, Sean Longmore, Darren Wheeling and 'Gokaiju'.
But can you really promote the ROoT 1&2 as featuring NEW Artwork from Gokaiju when to me that just looks like a photoshop job?! Especially compared to the US Arrow release
Is it just me? Obviously I'm no cover artist and I totally understand work goes into it just seems alot more work goes into some than others...

Akudama Drive CE, seems to have been the only one the dispatched from my order so far and already arrived.
For anyone curious was sent in this packaging, so reasonable chance of getting an undamged copy. The card is pretty thick but obviously no bubble wrap (and probably up to the random packager you get)

A couple of things today.
I was very fortunate again to win another anime movie poster, this time for The Deer King via All the Anime's Twitter.
Also had reward points running out on CDJapan so ordered the remaining Super Dragon Ball Heroes Japanese volumes I was missing.
