Just received Garden of Sinners. Amazon delivered it a full week earlier than they said they would. It must be Christmas time.

Disappointed that the sleeve is loose, unless that is by design. Terrible camera phone is terrible.

The spine matches up well with Berserk.

Not sure about the quality of the Australian release, but the reviews i can find don't suggest anything bad with it. So i think you're OK there

Also looked at the JP boxes, but the price is indeed steep ... too steep for me too, although i love the show.

That's a relief, because I really love K-On!

I just couldn't justify spending so much on 39 episodes, when I could buy so many different box sets.

The BGC set looks very slick. Almost makes me wish I'd backed it. For shame.

I wasn't expecting the Amazon-exclusive Funimation Cowboy Bebop set to get here this side of Christmas but, well, it did. Comes in a sturdy clamshell box with colour and black & white art booklets. I'm desperately hoping this is the last time I'll feel compelled to buy this series...

December Pickups Update #2 - "Xmas Time"

I figured importing would be a pain for my parents & co, so I decided to not get that much this christmas (kind of like last year). But that doesn't mean this year was ****, I have MORE ONE PIECE WOOOO!! Here's the stuff I mainly asked for (there are others but these are relevant for this forum):

I bought this using my ShopTo reward points...then the price was cut in half 2 days later. I wasn't aware when I ordered that I was buying an Australian copy of the game (not that bad, considering that it'll work) but that rating logo is ugly.
