What did you BUY today?

Another copy of Stalker (game) for £4, since I really can't be arsed to wait for the 15gb download via Steam (also it would send me way over my monthly limit).

I had to wait 20 minutes to buy it (so pretty quick by CeX standards) and it turns out the disc is scratched to hell and won't install. I f*cking hate CeX.

Bought a third copy of Metal Gear Solid from a charity shop, Good news is that the disks are like new, the bad news is that it's the Spanish version. At least it only cost me £2.40, and teaches me to check the the back of the game case instead of checking if the disks are in good condiiton first :p

What is that even a picture of? Also, I thought I told Ryo to buy it, not you...

Mixed messages man.

But you know those anti-theft tags are supposed to removed at the desk, so as to save the buyer the effort of destroying a plastic case and the disk contained within, just to remove it? Well it's one of them.
Aha, I see. Clearly they aren't doing their job if you were able to steal it so easily.

This is almost surreal levels of planning ahead.

I have at least sorted out accommodation for next year's trip, which is ~10 months earlier than usual for me (since someone else suggested the place and made the booking... I can still claim this as me being organized, right?).

Haha, well, they wouldn't budge on the book being available at events only, but they were perfectly happy to compromise and hold one until the next event I could get to :3

I don't start booking anything properly until the end of September when things start allowing me to give them my credit card details in exchange for expensive things. I've picked out my accommodation but not booked it, so you're winning. Sort of...
