Andrew's comment on Endless Eight was "personally I passed", and we took that to mean as a representative of Beez, especially when Manga announced they had it.

I think it was probably wise. I enjoyed season 2 and was planning to R2J it if nobody brought it over (well, I R1ed it in the end anyway), but the amount of rage it causes on the internet probably made marketing it an enormous headache.

Manga messed it up? Come on. Instead of releasing it as three separate releases they have brought it out as two. Hell, more people can try the mini shows this way and decide if they want to continue them rather than just leaving them to rot on the shelves as solo releases.

That cover may be worse than the Sekrei not too long ago.....

It's the same as the US Bandai one.
I'm in the not getting S2 or DVD unless they pay me group.
I want the shorts and am put off paying primarily for the 3 disks I'd have to microwave.

Well the standalone versions will be out soon :)

Looks to me that it would be infinitely shorter and more interesting than endless 8. Go for it!

Wait, "Pokémon Giratina & The Sky Warrior" and "Pokémon Arceus and the Jewel of Life" getting a UK release?!
*checks*

Both out on 28th November. Being released by Universal Pictures UK (Who recently released the Zoroark movie).

The Sources.

EDIT:
Thinking about it; they can't be the final boxart because they lack the BBFC certification. In fact, with LofMD and FS, they outright say it's not final.

Legend of the Millennium Dragon and First Squad are being released by Sony Pictures Home Ent. UK (due out on 26th December - Both of them are getting both DVD and BD releases).

No idea what either of the non-pokemon ones are, but that First Squad cover looks pretty delish.
I had to look them both up. First Squad sounds pretty darn interesting:

Nadya is a very special 14-year-old girl. With amazing psychic powers and trained as an assassin, she is recruited by the Russian army during World War II to become a member of First Squad, a special fighting unit specialising in combating paranormal forces. When she is the last member left standing in a brutal attack, she is returned to the unit for a special project--to bring her comrades back from the dead to fight Von Wolff, a 700-year-old spirit brought back to life to help the Nazis take over the world.

First Squad is a compelling and action-packed animated film filled with drama and suspense, containing stunning, atmospheric visuals from Studio 4°C, the acclaimed animation studio behind The Animatrix and Halo: Legends.
