OMG I've never seen that before! I would hate that so bad I I owned something like that. Guess it's a good job I don't. I can see why it's such an ick factor for sure.

Eureka Seven Astral Ocean had that issue (and it's the only one as far as I know, well unless you count Black Butler II when you're housing Season 1 & 2). It was quite annoying but the Part 1 text is quite small so I wasn't fussed.
 
I'm glad I bought Black Butler 2 as a complete then, phew. I have 1 as two parts though but since it's DVD they're just basic seperate parts lol.

The only time I've been fussed with Naruto was when it was on a tv channel in Rome as it excited me. Other than that I've had no interest for that show at all. I went the Bleach route and I imagine a bunch of Naruto watchers say exactly what I have but about Bleach :p odd how it seems to be one or the other for people eh :)

I remember thinking like that when I brought Manga's old 'taster DVD' from HMV that had the first two eps of Bleach and Naruto. I watched both and thought Bleach looked great, and Naruto looked crap. Left it like that for quite some time.

Then I picked up a couple of volumes of Shippuden when they were in clearance in HMV, and I've never looked back to be honest.

I know a lot of people love 'old' Naruto - but to me it's dated pretty badly. Shippuden on the other hand, while having some of the most horrendously bad filler known to man, is up there with some of the most addictive anime watching I've ever experienced, especially when it gets into the good stuff.
 
The episode of Naruto I watched in Italian wasn't too bad to be fair. I mean when it comes to Bleach, some of it really can suck, hence why Season 8 is proving so difficult for me to finish seeing as I've enjoyed 1-7 but find this Season particularly SH*T which is poo as I really want to watch Season 9 then buy more!

I think I'm upto the second disc so like episode 5 or 6, does it get better as I'm sick of them running down their paths when they all split up. Eugh just thinking of it makes me angry at how crap is actually is! hahaha.

Season 9 is filler so I skipped it as I think all filler is just terrible. Season 10 and 11 though are just as good as the Soul Society arc IMO, as you get to see the fights between the captains and the arrancars.
 
I wish I could let myself skip Season 8! hahaha. My Brother was ok with Season 9 so hopefully I could plough through that in a couple of days. Ooooooh 10 & 11 sound exciting, I think I might have to wait until Xmas for them though dependant on cost as the house and puppy are taking all my dosh atm! :(
 
Prefer that Devil Survivor 2 art work to the other one I've seen floating around. Good choice.

I've just noticed MVM have stopped putting the disk count on the front and spine, how neat! : )
 
Interesting.

Glad I picked up the individual volumes when I did - the cover art looks nicer. A little too much white space on that for my liking. But handy to get all 4 discs in one package, for sure.
