However, AL would be forced to deliver in all EU-countries, not Switzerland and not America.

If the licensor agreement states they can't sell a product below a certain point to customers outside their licensed region. Then that would be a justified reason for the law.

Your not a laywer yourself, and I honestly think this discussion is stupid since none of us are laywers. Anyone who tries to throw a law in the face of a company without truly understanding the law themselves are just arrogant in my opinion.

Doubt it as they can't use the same box due to larger cases being used on the UK edition.

This actually came up in the Discord last night, with Deadpool 2's 4K release also being a fat pack. I suspect it's exactly as @thedoctor2016 suggested; that these are simply cheaper.
