That's honestly the worst thing I've ever seen, if I do pick it up it's safe to say I will be buying the parts.

The pricing for the parts aren't that bad anyway but I hear the adaptation is butchered in contrast to the manga.

Looks like El Hazard will be arriving closer than ever:

And Fandom Post user JimmyG unveiled screenshots of the Broadcast Order version of Haruhi Season 1:

As a reminder, El Hazard contains the English dub and the new Haruhi Broadcast sets contain both the English dub and subtitles for the Japanese language (like the original Complete Series BD-Box).

Viz really upping the ante with their releases of late (sailor moon next). Hope anime limiteds release looks as good as that or else my money may go to viz....

I considered getting both versions given that 1) the Viz set looks awesome 2) Andrew's release was an experiment to go after these type of shows - Fate/kaleid also. And I personally don't want to upset him. 3) the booklets in the US & UK release are actually different in terms of content. 4) wouldn't mind having a Region A only set and a Region B only set, I would use the B disc for my friends to rent.

All three of these are being released November 4th. Not long now till we see the Collector's Edition look for Highschool of the Dead.

I believe that's me pretty much sold on Viz's Blood Lad release now. Will be picking it up.

Shame! Think you'd like our designs ;_;!

Will have images asap on it anyway :).

Fair enough Andrew, I'll wait until your designs go up and decide then. I'm more taken in by Viz's nice clean cover design as whole which never transfers to UK releases.
To be fair to you, it's not like it's coming out 3+ months after the US release. It's only a month and a half, and chances are it'll sit on my shelf for that long anyway.

I surely am curious to see what Anime Limited came up with for Blood Lad, I have a slight hope to see their logo in a flashy yellow-black contrast.

What have you done?! You should be banned for uploading/submitting porn. ;P

Chuunibyou Demo Koi ga Shitai! is one of those gems I know will be awesome and feature some reflection of myself without having watched the anime itself. Hah. ^_^

However, the LE is definitely a set that causes discrepancies in my brain. I'd love to own it, but the price... *screams extremely loud internally*

The sexy JP BD Box of Psycho Pass which contains the 22 episodes from the first season, as well as the 11 Extended episodes. I wish it had Eng Subs as I'd easily buy it yet again.

Forgot to post this, here's a good final look at Valvrave Season 1 Blu-ray from Aniplex of America.

I hope Aniplex doesn't drop the Chipboard Artbox for their future releases. I can understand the Monogatari Arcs and Nisekoi Volumes receiving the Cardboard Box treatment but there needs to be some consistency - for instance Sword Art Online and Fate/Zero, they were chipboard sets and once SAO II and Fate/Stay Night get released it's going to look really weird if they aren't in proper artboxes.

Christ, that's ugly. Kaze's Bleach releases are botched in so many ways (ie. stupid fat packs for the number of discs in them and dodgy translation work on the back blurb), but at least they go for nice cover art.
