3D covers for some of the Funimation titles:

The choice of artwork for FUNimation's Attack On Titan release has been pretty "eeewww" as a whole to be honest. The image used on Part 1 was way too overused and the Part 2 image just looks...weird.

Turns out that S.A.V.E Shiki might just be a normal S.A.V.E after all.
Darn. I ordered mine from UP1 yesterday. Either way £15 for Shiki on BD worth it.
EVERYONE must have waited for the show to go on budget before pre-ordering, and Funimation finally sold out of the LE boxes before the release date even arrived.

It'll probably be pot luck as to which you get, even pot luckier if you get it from UP1 I guess...

It's still a damn shame Shiki ended up in the S.A.V.E. line, to me the show deserved to be on the Anime Classics section. Well when the show came out there was no Standard Part 1 (only LE Part 1) which could contribute to the lack of sales [I recall on the Rightstuf 2013 sales a lot of standard Part 1 titles from Funimation sold way more than the Limited Edition counterpart (aside from Shana S2 and Tenchi Muyo! War on Geminar)].

Also all of the September titles from Funimation are now available for pre-order on United Publications (UK/USA) as well as Rightstuf.

Shiki was too good for most people to realize what they were watching, I guess. Definitely one of the best shows of the last five years.

Shiki just shipped from UP1. They charged me double P&P and immediate delivery is not available now and it was being processed for 2 days. So all this a good sign it maybe the artbox, right?

If you pre-ordered it before the delay then there's a 50/50 chance you might have one of the last LE sets for Shiki.

I did have it pre-ordered before the delay but cancelled it May 20ish since I couldn't afford it back in may (I had no idea it was delayed) pre-ordered it again last week. So who knows lol

Wow, Anime Limited even have the Madoka Magica movies in France? They really are developing a solid library in France.

I think I need to go back in time and beat my younger self up for not paying attention in French class.

I suppose it's possible they could have snagged up the UK rights for the films - especially since Manga's said multiple times they don't want the first two.

Sentai Filmworks - KINMOZA!: Season 1, Uta no Prince-sama 2 & Watamote: Complete Collection final cover art.

Note Uta no Prince-sama 2 is sub-only, the Blu-ray description is wrong.

I actually really like that bodacious space pirates cover and I'm not even a massive fan of the series :)

Also every one of those French all the anime covers are amazing!!!

1080p re-encode incoming?
I'd highly doubt it as they'd most likely use the existing material they have to create the masters for the new complete collection.

Heck, you can't even trust them when they state that a release is 1080i when in fact it isn't like to love ru which was actually 720p (I always wondered why it triggered PAL60 mode on my CRT, so I ran it on my old philips blu ray player which is now connected to my fathers 50 inch plasma which tells you what it's running at when you press one button) which would explain why the picture quality is rather sketchy in places (the picture quality on the second season is miles better).

To Love Ru is an upscale until Darkness. Was the same way in Japan. You'll probably find The files are 1080i60.

I hope so, someone needs to ask them about it (at least they're aware the Collection sets were 1080i because of the Japanese licensor, maybe they waited this long to get access to the 1080p transfer).
