Darn. I ordered mine from UP1 yesterday. Either way £15 for Shiki on BD worth it.
EVERYONE must have waited for the show to go on budget before pre-ordering, and Funimation finally sold out of the LE boxes before the release date even arrived.
It'll probably be pot luck as to which you get, even pot luckier if you get it from UP1 I guess...

I did have it pre-ordered before the delay but cancelled it May 20ish since I couldn't afford it back in may (I had no idea it was delayed) pre-ordered it again last week. So who knows lolNormanicGrav said:Baggie_Saiyan said:Shiki just shipped from UP1. They charged me double P&P and immediate delivery is not available now and it was being processed for 2 days. If you pre-ordered it before the delay then there's a 50/50 chance you might have one of the last LE sets for Shiki.
I suppose it's possible they could have snagged up the UK rights for the films - especially since Manga's said multiple times they don't want the first two.Joshawott said:Wow, Anime Limited even have the Madoka Magica movies in France? They really are developing a solid library in France.
I think I need to go back in time and beat my younger self up for not paying attention in French class.
I'd highly doubt it as they'd most likely use the existing material they have to create the masters for the new complete collection.Mangaranga said:>Space Pirates is a 3 disc set

To Love Ru is an upscale until Darkness. Was the same way in Japan. You'll probably find The files are 1080i60.demonix said:I'd highly doubt it as they'd most likely use the existing material they have to create the masters for the new complete collection.Mangaranga said:>Space Pirates is a 3 disc set

Heck, you can't even trust them when they state that a release is 1080i when in fact it isn't like to love ru which was actually 720p (I always wondered why it triggered PAL60 mode on my CRT, so I ran it on my old philips blu ray player which is now connected to my fathers 50 inch plasma which tells you what it's running at when you press one button) which would explain why the picture quality is rather sketchy in places (the picture quality on the second season is miles better).
