Do we post manga here too? I don't recall. Either way if you want to read the Frieren manga before the anime comes out the paperback volumes are discounted and on top of that there's an additional buy 4 save further 5% for most of the volumes:

I'm guessing it's the same art cards and book from the Sentai release. Flying Witch Premium Box Set Reveal

Yeah that would be my thinking as well, usually the same stuff (as easeir to re-licence), I'm also guessing it'll be Blu-ray sized artbox and case, but not sure. I think they moved aways from the DVD size art boxes with DVD and soundtracks like the premium edition
