I don't live in the UK, but I'm almost certain you can if Amazon is the seller. It will say at checkout if the sellers will ship to your address.

Yes, but not all items will be available for shipping, it will depend on the seller.

It's sold by Amazon, you'll be fine. The checkout process is exactly the same as the UK site.

It works out at around £35 including shipping.

Yeah, them putting the prices way up last year really negated any potential savings, generally. It's awful now.
