I imagine its a case of them only telling you they shipped the others because they were emailing you anyway.

received the first of my orders today via DHL and all in good condition apart from baka and test which has a tear on the cardboard slip from the label and also brawl on cell block 99 was just the blu ray when i ordered the 4k version which was error their end so now looking forward to seeing what their response shall be

I suppose there's the possibility that DHL let the fees slide. Haven't dealt with DHL fees in years so I don't know the collection procedure anymore.
How many items in the package? I've had $200+ packages come Royal Mail as the orders were under 4lb in weight.
