• They have Jin-Roh: The Wolf Brigade in France, but if the Studio Canal license has expired (or whatever situation allowed Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust) it's possible.
• Street Fighter II is with KAZE UK
• Lupin the Third: The Castle of Cagliostro is with Studio Canal
• Golgo 13: The Professional is with Manga UK but I don't know if the license has expired or not.
