I don't think there's import charges on books

Thanks for the answer. I might look at that, then. Do you know what they charge for shipping? I read somewhere that it was $15 + $3 for additional items.

Can't say how much it is for books, but for DVDs/BDs, it's 13,50$ + I believe 3 for additional items (not sure on how much for additional items, though).

Hopefully someone on here knows. The manga volumes would go nicely with my Berserk artbox.

The shipping rates are the same regardless of what you order, so it's $13.50 for the first item and $3.50 for each additional item regardless of if it's DVDs or books.

The only saving grace is that printed material like books are tax exempt, so there shouldn't be any charges when they reach the UK.

Just gonna chip in and say:

Hell NO, I will not use Rightstuf! if they ask me for card details in the fashion people are mentioning in this thread.

I'm REALLY looking forward to some of their 2015 releases, but unless they install an option to pay by PayPal when buying from them, it's Amazon imports all the way. Having my card walloped for major quantities of jewellery and a 7 night stay in a 5 star hotel during the whole AoL debacle kind of made me cautious that way.

Do you think anything is going up today for sale on Alltheanime?
Supposed to be. Garden of Words on dvd seems to be back down to £9.99 and is in stock. Don't know if it went back up though.

The only other candidate I see is Perfect Blue on dvd £8.50

I don't think they have anything new to put up, unless Patema Inverted, Dandy or Time of Eve, can go up. (but I think they said they weren't going to be in the sale)

Yeah I noticed Garden of Words DVD so maybe it's that. It does seem like they've exhausted every other option until Monday. Was the Blu-ray for Garden of Words always £11? Not that much more than the DVD.

Definitely seems to be Perfect Blue on dvd as even though its £8.50 it still qualifies for free shipping.

Its one of only 3 more eligible products on their store that hasn't been on yet, the other 2 being AoT soundtrack and Garden of Words on bluray.

Maybe the free shipping for deal of the day has resulted in free shipping for other cheap items without All The Anime realising.

Its up now. AoT soundtrack for £6.99
Doesn't seem to be as much of a rush for this - currently still available while other deal of the day items sold out with 15-30 minutes (just put an order in for it myself).

On another note, wasn't expecting a massive hate over Rightstuf. I had that same reaction over the whole card and ID thing but once that's out of the way the site is great and very useful to get close to out of print items.

I didn't mean for it to sound like hating on them. They have such great prices and loads of very hard to find titles. I just wanted to make sure anyone new to using them are aware of what they will be asking of them.

Still very good deals from them this Christmas!

Also AOL deal of the week is Broken Blade on DVD for £9.99

Darker than Black S2 is what I want, but at 25p over the Customs limit, not worth it.

Unfortunately, rightstuf removed paypal as a payment option in April 2003 because of the policy changes made by eBay after they acquired paypal (this is listed in their FAQ).
