tales of symphonia chronicles collector's edition £59.99 at Argos with free delivery cheapest i have seen it
I can't see the Collector's Edition on Amazon, unless it is sold out or something.
I noticed it come up for pre-order on the PSN this week and surprisingly it is actually cheaper than the disc edition - £24.99 with exclusive theme as opposed to £39.99 for the disc on Amazon. Is there anything different about the download edition to warranty this?

The disc and digital are the same for Symphonia in this case. It's nice to see the digital version priced lower for once, which is as it should be.

As for why the Symphonia CE isn't on Amazon? Well they put it up a few months ago...at £39.99 :p They pulled it when they realised the misprice and haven't put it back up since, but not before I got a preorder in. Amazon are usually pretty good about honouring misprices so we'll see what happens...

Play.com is having some clearance sales, which include:

Inuyasha Season One DVD at £6
Sword for Truth DVD at £1.75
My Neighbour Totoro Double Play Steelbook blu-ray at £19.49
Otogi Zoshi volume 2 at £1.93

I might get Inuyasha, I already have Totoro in DVD format, and the rest really don't interest me.

everyone get Kids On The Slope. I got that from the Manchester Comic Con back in July and it's now in my top 10 anime. It's just delightful and the opening makes me smile every time :)

I second this. This was my top Anime from last year.

So agree. Such a wonderful anime, I'll have to watch it again soon. One of the best purchases I've made. I know what you mean about the opening, it's just addictive. It's still one of my favourites.

I believe only the first 12 episodes of Inuyasha (out of 167+) made it to a UK R2 release, so probably a better bet would be to get the R1 boxsets

Really? I didn't know that, and from what I've read, apparently that DVD that's advertised as Season One only contains the first 12 episodes, when the first season is 27 episodes, according to wiki. I'd placed an order already, but since it hasn't been shipped yet, I may get them to cancel it. Thanks for the heads up!

I know the release date is wrong and I'm going to be getting the full collection but Amazon have The Place Promised in Our Early Days / Voices of a Distant Star Twin Pack [Blu-Ray] listed for £13.47

Link

I may put in an order in case the collection falls through.
