Does anyone know of a comprehensive English language online database of anime and manga artbooks? I would like to buy some and am not sure where to start, also I would prefer more art to more text in the books but do not necessarily mind if the book has text in another language than English if there's lots of beautiful art in the book as that's what I'm really there for first and foremost :)

Hmm, the nearest I can think of is this site I've used in the past called Parka Blogs. Here's an example page that looks at an artbook I'd recommend called Heroes & Heroines:

I'm about to ask a silly question.

I intend to sign up for an Amazon Prime trial on my existing account so I can get temporary access to Prime Video. Will I have to provide any form of photo ID in order to get access to it?

I don't think that's required at all. It'll probably just want payment details so it can charge you if you forget to cancel, but presumably those are on file anyway.

Thanks @Neil.T, I have bookmarked it and will browse through when I feel ready to purchase something :)

Has there been any mention of Azumanga getting an English Bluray?

I see its on Hidive and Japan has a bluray released back in 2016. But quick look on Rightstuf seems to show no Sentai Bluray :/

you're probably best buying the NTSC DVD of it, i looked into the Japanese blu-ray release a while ago and it seems to be a very poor upscale to the point it looked worse than the dvd version

What are the most essential anime Blu-Ray releases that don't have English subtitles? I've figured out how to use external subtitles with my player, which opens up a new horizon. I've already got my eye on Angel's Egg and considering Evangelion, considering it has more content than the upcoming international release and can be had for half the price, but I'm mainly thinking of those that have little to no chance of ever getting a release here.

Don't know about older classics, but A Place Further Than the Universe and Yuru Camp (s1) still haven't had Western releases nearly 4 years since airing!

EDIT: Thought I'd double check, there is a German release for APFTTU. So there is 1 Western release out there.

Takarajima doesn't have an English subbed release, but I can imagine that Discotek would pick it up someday. The French Blu-ray is strange: uses branching for OP/ED and it's totally not seamless. FR BD also has locked subtitles iirc. Don't know if that could cause problems with external subs. The Japanese box isn't terribly expensive on Japanese auction sites.

No Western releases for any of the PreCure series sadly. At least they're getting more attention on Crunchyroll these days (if you're American that is) so there's a bigger chance now I guess. A release for Hugtto and Star Twinkle would be fantastic

Is Bookwalker any good for digital manga? It's got a wider catalogue than Kindle but what's it like and what's the app performance like anyone?
It's a very good reader, the bookshelf is good for organising, but the list feature is a bit fiddly. The only problem I had with the reader was missing pages, but for some reason it was only on the first series I purchased and was solved easily enough with a re-download.
If you sign up you get 50% coin back on your first purchase:
So if there's a lot you want, buy as much as can straight away and then you'll have plenty of coins to use later down the line.
There's currently a coin back event on Sci-fi books, of up to 45% (not sure if they stack though):

Is it worth actually contacting UPS or should I wait for a day and see if it clears? Marmalade Boy is not by any means pornographic so I'm sure that's not the issue, probably just sorting out the money side of things with VAT and whatnot?

I would contact them, they'll return it if they can't contact the recipient and couriers are often quite rubbish at doing that. They might just need your importer number or some other VAT-related info.
