You shouldn't forget that the avaiability of content in the US and UK is much larger than in most countries of the €-zone.That is going to cause a major cost difference with UK subs costing nearly double those in the Euro Zone.

e.g. Boogiepop, Grimms Notes, Date a Live 3, Domestic Girlfriend, Endro! (that's just the current winter season!) and almost all Aniplex-titles are blocked on Crunchyroll in most parts of continental Europe, so it's only fair to charge different prices
