In case somebody wonders, MVM had to cancel their Blu-Ray release for Another:
This immediately explains us why Sentai's release is region A+B.
Apparently, one of the MVM licenses is one that MangaUK were asked about during the Manchester panel and is one they have been repeatedly asked about. Source.

Looking up the MangaUK podcast, it seems people missed that the K-ON! movie release will come with an Oyster card holder.

I almost want to buy the K-On movie just for the Oyster Card holder but I don't live in London so it would be pointless.
