Google translate says something like:

rose sale impossible

I played around with Google Translate, cut out different symbols and バ売り不可 is "I can not sell". So I'm guessing it's not for sale. The weird thing is GT then says did you mean バラ売り不可! But then still comes up with the weird translation.

バラ is Roses, so it's obviously getting mixed up somewhere.

I think @Arveene's solved it. Barabara means "scattered", so yeah. Definitely.
