Friday, and in true form all of my plans for the weekend have decided to jumble around further. May go to the cinema and watch harry potter tonight, can't wait to finish that off :)

halfway through disc 4 of soul eater, im going through this at a nice pace but have this feeling that i'm going to be gutted when i finish it off :( i may need to carry on with the manga of it. (and on that note i've just remembered im 3 weeks behind on my naruto and bleach :O )

Glad to hear you're enjoying Soul Eater, must get round to buying the boxset since I fancy a rewatch :)
 
I've developed a new love for cooking Italian food recently; it's a lot healthier than my usual diet of cereal, tea and cake. Tonight I might make a pizza and watch Motto To Love-Ru... :3

Well, after a week of anime and gaming i have returned.

Had D and V so i was signed off work all week, although being house bound is my idea of hell. I did manage to finish watching Soul Eater and now i've got Heat guy J qued up for a viewing.

The Sam and Max; the penal zone, is a free download on the psstore so being a sam and max fan from way back when i used to play games on a pc > console. I sat there enjoying a 3d sam and max, rather than the 2d version i originally played when much younger. It was great fun if not alittle complex at times but i finished the first in the 5 block monthly series and was hooked. I proceeded to spend a couple of hours to find out - if i buy the subscription (at a reduced to £10) price then do i have to wait for next april for the game to start rolling the series out again (as the "episodes" are released in a month on month basis) took a leap of faith and it payed off. I got 5 games for £9.99 :p very good price IMO.

Spent £120 on a new suit on saturday, then £99 on sunday. Bought a chair, glass top (for a bed side drawers but its too big for the bedside cabinet so its now on the new drawers i bought) and a chest of drawers :) was good fun building them all and i've cleared out alot of crap so over all i'm happy to be back and happy to see things are moving forward.
 
Well i just got 12 games for £10.65 so hah >.>

Asides from that, looks like i'm on the runnings to be a supervisor, temporarily anyways, at the shop. Caught me off guard when i was asked, but we'll know what's going on as of this week i'd assume. Guess i'm sticking to home for a bit longer eh, just gonna make sure i get the Scotland loves animation off, i am not missing that for anything.

I realised that Buzz was free to download from the psStore so i brought the ps3 downstairs and connected it upto the tv in the living room and my family all enjoyed playing it, was a good laugh :)

Congratz on the (even if temporary) promotion, with more power i'm guessing you're demanding the higher pay package lol. Infnot then why not?! :p

Todo list for tonight, build the drawers for the chest of drawers, put clothes and stuff away, turn on ps3, open a beer, turn on laptop, sit in my new chair and just chillax....till 8pm anyway (damn so the beer will have to wait actually) then its off to the gym.
 
If i do get it, i'd be getting 25 hours supervisor pay. They already said as such, so i just need to wait and see when it comes about.

As for the deal. It's only on for a day or so more. It's called the Humble Indie Bundle. You get 5 independent games for however much you want. The money is split between the bundle(so the developers) and 3 charities, and you can decide how much goes to each. I paid a measly $17 for it, and cause i spent over a specific amount, you get the second bundle as well(this is Bundle 3), as well as two other games. I'm gonna add more money to it later though, games are well worth the money you get.

Some include Revenge of the Titan(damned awesome tower defence), VVVVVV which is somewhat super meat boy-esque, and in a very 8-bit style. damned good too. and i'm still working through the other 10, so i'll add me thoughts to the game section as i play em. You do get braid also, if that was one that caught peoples fancy.
 
Afternoon guys, sorry I haven't been around as much lately, but between having no money on my phone to use the net or the intresting times heading my way (no, sadly not a job but something else...) time for the computers has been restricted at best.

Im training this afternoon and so far its okay :) have 1 late one but she's upto speed now, a gent who's said he's not too good with computers so i've reassured him i'll be about to help if and when. And a girl, early 20's, seems capable enough so i won't have to worry.

Got to sort out one of the lads about tonight, he's trying to change lads night to tuesday instead of thursday and im not having any of it. its been thursday for years and always will be, he's come back from uni and conveniently keeps forgetting his wallet so we have to pay for him, he's yet to pay anyone back and wants to change it to tuesday because on thursdays he wants to play football with another one of our friends brothers in a local park. the rest are happy with thursday being the night and going to our local in town and getting beer for £1.25 a pint and playing pool for hours, its become alot more popular and as always i know the bar staff well so i get served within 30seconds usually. why change it all for one spoilt twat?!

Oh hi black :) is that to do with your books by any chance?!
 
Well the book is almost complete, just doing some last minute research actually but no that's not what the 'intresting times' means :p More information will come when I have more information about it.

Just had a look through the riot thread, can't believe the madness that's going on in the world. Heh, makes you wonder doesn't it if 2012 will be the end of us all :p

Hey Spy :) long time no chat, would text more but no money on phone :p but yeah, done a few playthroughs when I get the chance, going through Persona 4 at the moment, hopefully I can complete it this time.

Yeah i heard that Luton town centre is marked as "next" on the list, also heard a few rumours that people are trying to spark it today. If anything happens i'm not too phased about it, most of the dangerous areas in luton are bad enough as it is, but i went to school with most of the dangerous ones so im yet to ever have a problem. plus, if they start destroying the town centre it serves little purpose as the town hall has been bordered off with 9ft high fencing for months lol. the looting though, i suspect alot of people will walk away with a bargain or two haha :p

Chaos and Anarchy, Civil unrest and danger to me sounds like fun and something to spice up life. So long as they leave my local pubs alone i have no problems with em going nuts.

Which is a lie due to the fact we are going for city status and any more bad press will ruin our chances but in actuality they tried to riot in the town centre, they couldn't get into the shopping centre so then hit Mcdonalds lol and stole all the burgers and kids toys. The Mcdonalds on marsh road (near where i live) was also hit and the block buster near that was stoned.

Nothing else to report, hopefully they leave nandos alone. Going there with the gf tonight.
