@Otaku, Yeah i know what you mean, working on the 8th floor used to give me headaches in summer due to rising heat, windows didn't open so no fresh air and the computers generate their own heat. Became too much at times.

But chances are, people are just more busy at the moment.
 
Indeed. It is summer, so a lot of us(including me) are on holiday. Mind you, i fly back tomorrow, get back properly on the 8th, so it's almost done. I'll miss the people i've missed here for sure, but the weather....maybe not. I hate the heat, enjoyed the storms, and missed the tornadoes.

Bought 2 boxes of 15 chocolate cornflake "bites" 2 bags of donuts, one custard and the other jam :)

Sat around lastnight, i watched soul eater because it arrived the other day and i was itching for free time to sit and watch some of it. Managed to get through the first disc (7 left) And the boxset it came in is actually really convenient space wise and looks good too :) For a nanosecond i thought "they've sent me a VHS!" due to the sleeve it comes in lol.

So far enjoying it and the comedy/action marries up well :) Death himself is amusing, Death the kid on the other hand... they're overplaying the Symmetrical bit a tad too much for my liking, its in every episode since he was introduced. The mummy episode fell short for me, it build it up abit by having the witch being eaten and trapping the girls and things. but then the actual fight lasted seconds.

Liking the characters for the most part, frankenstein is a good laugh, reminds me of the creepy teacher from azumanga daioh to an extent.

Oh and Heat Guy J arrived yesterday too, bought as singles due to it being cheaper that way, But the cases and sleeves are all in perfect condition, no scratches on them, or the discs, the booklets are in perfect condition and enclosed in the cases too. Very pleased with it, which is ironic because the envelope they arrived in was torn and put in a "royal mail jiffy bag" of sorts with a sticker saying "very sorry but the parcel has been damaged in our care" atleast this explains why it arrived almost 5 days later than it was meant too and it was sent 1st class.

Anyway, tired this morning but with this much sugar, hopefully i'll be awake later.

Haha, they where in Tesco's 2 bags for £1 so, being a sucker for a deal i bought them.

Note, these aren't all for me. I'll pass them around the family and friends when i get back home tonight.
 
I like to go for deals when I can as well.

Yesterday I got some McVitie's Digestives Biscuits, Dark Chocolate 300g in a BOGOF deal and the other week I got some cans of Coca Cola in a BOGOF.
 
lol good to see i'm not the only one who falls for "deals" :p

Me and a colleague where talking about this when i got into work this morning, its 55p per bag of donuts, or 2 bags for £1, you think "wow... i save money if i do the deal" which is wrong because rather than just buying the intended 1 bag you've now been suckered into buying 2 lol.

save 10p by buying 2 bags, but as i was only after 1 bag originally it's taken an extra 50p off me lol.

Anyway, didn't drink much lastnight and got in at a reasonable time, got up early and on the way to work, its all looking good. then because of sonnisphere the traffic is redirected to my bus route to work... so sat in traffic for an hour.

Not losing pay over this, not my fault.
 
I was busy trying to an online application form to work...Had to close it down anyway because it didn't have a save option and I didn't have all the details I need...

:x I hate job hunting.

Yeah we've all been talking about how quiet its been around of late and different views on it. I'm not going to be around after today and may return in 3 weeks, depends on if i'm needed about here or not.

How's the missus? Voddas is back now btw and said he had a great honeymoon in mexico, Your wedding is this year too isn't it black?
 
Nah, our wedding is next year in august. The job centre hasn't been able to do a lot for me, the advisor I've been assigned to is nice enough but there's not a lot she can do.

Hopefully you'll come back, your presence will be missed around here...probably a lot more then mine is :p

Glad to hear that Vodda got hitched okay, tell him I said hi next time you chat to him, and that his wedding present has obviously got lost in the post :p

Ahh, alright then :) gives you plenty of time to get used to living with her anyway lol. Also time to save up money. I keep getting badgered by people about me and kayls... hell even the taxi driver has been saying to make a honest woman of her.

I doubt that ;) but well see. Depending on how busy the place is when i'm gone will help me make up my mind on if i was propping the place up OR dragging it down.

haha will do, should get a reply email off him by this afternoon so i'll pass the messages on. Funnily enough my present to him also is circulating the postal services ;)

Just found out i'm not getting a lift home as previously agreed, due to the person giving the lift is going a different way home now because the M1 is closed and thinks that the traffic will go through luton.

So i'll miss the chance to see my sister in her prom stuff completely.

Mood has just gone from happy and relaxed.... to furious and hateful.

New plan before end of play today - make sure i push as much **** in someones direction for monday. Good luck with that BITCH.

I tried to log on here with the PSP, that was too slow for making messages, so i decided i'd go with the 3DS, that's ok, at least you get a keyboard, but it's still a little sluggish for forum posting, for me anywho hah
 
Lol, well as long as you can get on. As you can probably guess though either chat hates my phone or my phone just hates me as i couldn't post anything. The submit button was being obscured by the emoticons and text options.

At least i can post again
