Morning people, another sunny day outside the office windows.

Bit tired today, but I did end up staying up late once again so can't complain. Played Bad Company 2 untill 1.45 and then watched After Story Episodes 15-18, it was so freaking sad T_T. I need something action packed to compensate so I've decided to watch Texhnolyze next as it's been waiting in line for some time now. I guess psychological action will have to do. =P

@timmy: No tattoos here, used to wish I had one but now I think my bodies a work of art just as it is.

I know :)
Jacket is off, sleeves rolled up, top button (is never done up, necks too thick usually anyway) and tie is abit loosened right now. highs of 22 ^___^

Bad company 2's out already? hmmm, now i'm tempted to buy it.
Voddas, have a look at the "what i've bought today" thread, just payed £20 for something that might be down your alley.

@ Timmy, Yeah i have a tribal on my left arm, i think i've got a pic of it in the Tattoo's thread Willows-the-whisp created.

I've already seen it Tachi and commented on MAL. Very nice and at a good price too. I thought it would be wise to get one over the internet. I would imagine the stalls at the Expo will charge extra (don't know this for a fact, just assuming). Just don't be peeking through the letter box all eager like or you may get killed. lol

I'm playing Bad Company 2 on PC and it's been out a a little while now. Not sure if the same applies to PS3 like. I'm assuming it does though.

One thing that did go through my mind was "dad's at home, what if they deliver it and halfway through the delivery the postal service accidentally find out its a sword and send the police round"

He'll be so pissed off at me for that lol, guess i'd better warn him later tonight :p Yeah don't worry, the dog has more chance at killing himself. daft bugger ran down stairs lastnight to say hello to me, ran down too fast that he couldn't slow down on the laminated floor and ended up running out the front door, poor sod looked round at me with a "what the hell just happened" face lol.

Looks like i'll be at a funeral next tuesday, so hopefully that goes as best as can be. were going to send flowers from the dept to the funeral and a get well card to our colleague in hospital still.

Bah, they won't do anything. The parcel will have been x-rayed several times before it reaches your door so if anything it won't even get that far. lol Nah, it'll be fine. You may have to pick it up frrm the post office though with a proof of age perhaps? Dunno how it works.

Sorry to hear about the funeral and hope your other colleague comes out allright.

I wish I had this level of confidence mate =D

Anyway, Tachi, as Voddas said. If it's legal, worse that can happen is that they will want you to collect it with a proof of age.

What I'd do is go to that UK online shop that sells katanas and ask if it's legal or not and ask them to provide proof it's legal (ie. some link to a home office article, for instance)

Are you purposely trying to freak me out? lol it'll take more than that boyo! lol. If they try to deliver it to my house then my dad will be able to sign for it. If they keep it at the post office and post me a red card then i'll just have to go get it myself. Getting home will be fun if it arrives next week - sat on the bus with it and trying not to scare little old women :p Their more worried about ninja's in the bus anyway, their watch alarms go off and everyone on the bus bricks themselves.

The bus comes with a sticker now-a-days: "get on, at your own risk" lol. Prefer the idea of a sword weilding postman anyway, That might be funny to see.

@Chaos, sending them an email now :) thanks

Here's a copy of the email i've sent the company:

Hi,

Could you please send me a link or documentation with regards to if buying the sword is legal or does the sword come with documentation for proof of it's legality (ie. a link to a home office article, for instance)

Also, Will the sword be sent Via the Royal Mail or your company's courier?

Many Thanks.

Hopefully they'll get back to me shortly :)

Yeah it's fine now.

*checks intro threads*

Ouch, looks like Queen's retaliating against Aion's posts. Best get the hose ready to spray them down.

Ahem, how rooode of me...
'Ternoon all! Swords, MAL and scraps.... Seems like a very lively day today.

@Voddas - I just have to use my Lovegun skills. Too many AMVs imfluence, sorry.

Heh, that thing's not safe even in it's holster. :p (Sorry, not dick jokes here.)

Been doing the usual clean-up of the house. And did some research too.

Well, for 3 weeks, our plastics haven't been collected from the Recycling men for some reason. No one understood why, so I just looked on the council website.
Found out recently that instead of having the plastics in dustbin liners like in the past, you have to put them in the same boxes as the cans/glass...

Now I have 3 weeks worth of plastics not collected, and they're asking us to fit our lot into the small box, of which gets filled up anyways... Love the logic.
