Good good, enjoying it?

I've been playing Zelda spirit tracks :) bought a pokemon game at lunch for £8, your pokemon rather than people :S
Should be interesting.

@Chaos still waiting for the start date, hope to get it within the week, although they could be picky and make me wait till my police check comes back, although i don't see why i needed it since i'm not exactly dealing head on with the clients.
Hope it's some time soon. Tried ringing them to check ? you never know if this is not the case wehre you need to pressure them a bit ;)

Anyway, are you dealing with money? If so, then I can understand why they want to wait for the police checks.

Here at the bank, it took two months for them to finish all the checks. They went as far as 10 years into my previous employers and education before "clearing" me. Funnily enough, they even called past employers in and a former professor of mine in Brazil.

Ah the new Alice film, I correctly guessed three things when I heard that Tim Burton was doing it :p First being that Jonny Depp was in it (his best friend), that Helena Bolena Carter was in it (His wife) and that Danny Elfman would be handling the music (Another close friend)
And is any of these a bad thing? =)

 Yeah i suppose :p You where a good guide and a fun guy. pretty much what i expected of you.....maybe alittle smaller than i thought you'd be (i thought you where about my height)
And what's the problem? it makes it easier to navigate in busy conventions ;)

It took us long enough to find him! worst bit was....i left, thinking "i've spent all my money" i found £20 in my back pocket when i got home *facepalm* Its a good place to spend a serious amount of money. I still can't understand why Hopeful monster was happy to pay so much for one of the banners :S
Well, it's a fan thing. A banner like that is not cheap and it's a piece of memorabilia that he was waiting to collect for quite a few times. I've seen him asking that to Hughes for a few expos before, never realizing what it was about until I've seen that. And on top of that, it is his favourite show and he got it signed by the creators of it. What's not to be excited about?

From what i've seen, the cast is very impressive. The cheshire cat - voiced by stephen fry :thumb:
=) yeah, can't wait

CRB's are needed for the following;
Dealing with money
Dealing with Vulnerable adults/children
Dealing in any of the 3 emergency services

As far as i know anyway. the NHS CRB takes between 4 and 6 weeks. depending on if its a regular CRB or a Enhanced CRB.....by the sounds of it, Chaos' was a Enhanced CRB.

There's nothing wrong with being small chaos :) i used to be 5ft 4 for ages.....then out of nowhere i chot up in my last year of high school and have gradually grown both outwards and upwards since :p

Ahh, so that's why it meant so much to him, i guess that's similar to if i got something signed by anyone who's voiced an anime i enjoy - i'd love it and probably preserve it.
i still don't know where he's meant to store something of that size though lol.

Hiya Voddas and chaos :D

Yep I'm enjoying it Tachi :) how are you finding Spirit Tracks? I have still got to complete it yet :p

and by the sounds of it you got one of the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon games which are fun to play :)

Its a good game. It's not the same as the epic Zelda; a link to the past, but then again there's things that blow the previous zelda's out of the window. The flute is fun, i play funny little tunes when i feel like taking a minute to mess around :D and throwing the boomerang at most things (the fire and ice boss was annoying!) I'm onto the water map atm. hopefully i'll finish that map before i go out later.

and yeah, its the blue one :) i've been looking for games that are mostly RPGish/long winded, i've had pokemon diamond for ages but still nowhere near completing it, both zelda games (haven't touched the phantom hourglass yet) and now the blue pokemon mystery dungeon. So i guess it'll be taking up alot of my time :) i'm waiting for Heavy rain to be about a tenner less, then i'll buy that.

Ditto. I don't think I'll ever get much use out of the gaming section of the forum since I avoid threads for potential spoilers before I get the game, then by the time they fall into my budget range everyone else has moved on to the next thing. It's like I'm constantly 3-6 months behind.

Afternoon Mono. I'm not so bad thanks. :)

Hiya Chaz and ayase :D

Good to hear you are enjoying Spirit Tracks Tachi :) I remember that boss, I beat it on my first try :p to and that's the same version of mystery dungeon that I have :)

Chaz the Fire Emblem I'm playing is the gamecube one and it's more of a replay for me before I start on the Wii one

And good to hear ayase :)

I'm only a few weeks behind ;) I just can't be bothered to pay out so much money on a game i'll complete and then it'll gather dust for the rest of time because i can't be bothered to part with it.

Just look at my ps3 games collection.....i hardly ever trade em in....its not worth paying £40 for a game that i'll have to trade in and still pay £20 to buy another game :/

Not long now....started the wind down now; Get every loose end sorted and make sure everythings as simple as i can get it for oncall.
I'm actually sat here singing to Meatloaf songs, suns still out and i'm in a really good mood (must be meatloafs epic singing and kick arseness)

"And in the end you'll finally see
That baby I've done everything I possibly can
I'd do it again
Cause I know you're everything that I need

I'm not afraid of the the truth no more
I'm not afraid of the lies I hid
I'm not afraid of the price of my sins
I curse the day for the wrongs I did
I'm not afraid of the things you know
I'm just a book for the world to read
My final words on the final page
Will be your name cause I believe

Your love is blind
Blind as a bat
The way that you're leading me
Home like that
Your love is blind
Blind as a bat"

I buy less than 4 games a year. A week where I play 5 hours is a week I've played too much.
I believe I have a little less than 10 titles in my collection.

I'm going to have to scootle people (even though I haven't really been around for the last hour). =P

Have a great weekend and I'll see you online another time. I'm not off to Walmart to purchase me some Pizza for tea. ^____^

Cioa for now.

Nice one mate, cya :) and bye mono, stay outta trouble ;)

This unseasonably pleasant weather makes me feel like I should be doing something other than wasting my time with anime and video games. I think it's about time I got myself outside and become one with nature.

Ugh, you sicken me. *returns to aimlessly surfing the net ignoring the sunshine outside*

*Has just gotten back after some Mass Effect 2*
Huh? I could socialise? :p

Yeah, it is clear skies, but the cool air here is turning me away from an enjoyable walk. For weather that seems like you could go out in summer clothes, I'd feel silly wrapped up in winter coats etc... ^_^*
