BLPT is the trust i work for and the county i oversee with regards to units, wards, hospitals and specialist care homes.
It stands for Beds and Luton Partnership Trust.
And i tend to get very touchy when people start getting involved with my work. makes me feel that they feel the need to get involved because i'm failing to do my job properly. When weekly and monthly stats prove that my fill rate and coverage staffing wise county wide is higher than HPFT.
(Hertfordshire Partnership Foundation Trust)
Currently there's 2 admins on the herts side as its bigger than beds (in numbers of units and the such....radius wise were the same) now they do the same job that i do bt for another trust. however their weekly fill rates are nearly always lower than mine, last week for example, their weekly was 86.5.....mine was 97.
And their rates on covering shifts are under 45%. mine on the other hand are 80%+ proving that i do my job efficiently.
Its when my team leader comes along and sits down....starts looking through and saying "you should call these people, then these people, then these people. then do these reference numbers, followed by report plans ect ect" i just want to say "go away. i deal with this side well enough.....go pester the ones that ARE failing.
So he goes and runs reports of staff for me....and i say to him, i've done that and have a difinitive list of staff and detailed collumns of where they've worked and able to travel to. so he goes off and makes more lists ¬_¬
Urgh, didn't want to rant.....but it's been getting on my nerves today and all last week.
