Thought i would post an update on the interview. There was thirty other people there and while it started at 6 i wasn't seen till 9:30-40 (i wasn't sure of the time) I think i made a good impression, but i learned of the final stage before i could get a job. The final stage is a journey north to newcaslte for an hour on the shop floor, then once that is done i would find out mid next week if the job was mine.

I think i made a good impression though, so finger's crossed

Well, I eventually got no word back from the guy, so I'm gonna harrass them tomorrow/today.
 
Well, keep on fighting then. May be a hassle, but you dont get anything without sacrifice.
Just make sure you're not like me: My call came while I was in the shower (happens suprisingly a lot), so I couldn't answer it straight away = all this palava. Have the phone near you as much as possible!

plus i don't do phone calls so there was no chance i was answering ;)

my Cushy 5 hour shift tomorrow has become a 9 hour one :( i don't wanna go to bed yet but i need to get up, choices choices
 
hah my phone stays near me anyway just in case i get a message about the house and my girlfriend :p intresting thing was that the one of the interviewers was actually the person who i would be replacing

ah i see that makes more sense this is 40 hours a week with two full days off. Although i would take any job (baring some that would require me to sell my body before anyone jokes) that was 25+ hours
