Nee-ah-ee-ah-ee-ah.... Hi all.

Kinda mixed feelings today. Got a message on the answerphone from a curator who may be interested in showing my work off. It sounds good, but it's in Worcester (I think, it sounded like "woster" unless that's how people say it...) and I'm quite nervous about it.

I also feel stupid about the whole post in the "Addicted to Ecchi" thread... This is a really testy day for my emotions.

Good luck Wolfy on the writing. :)
Hope you get better soon, Tachi

@Spyro you are now subject to Last Post on Page syndrome ;)

Hi mono hows things? :)

@Chaos, yeah the synopsis was one of the things i had to send in, along with a writting sample, all i'll have to do is to work the outline a bit better and i'll be sorted :)

EDIT:

Thanks Chaz :) it would be quite awesome to write for the Black Libary but as i said my chances are slim

@Tachi only thing i'm upto tonight is the job interview, 6 till late (its a group interview, my first interview and its one of the hardest types to do)

Afternoon again, plus an afternoon greeting for all who have joined the paty. I've just had my lunch and now back to work. I like hopw busy it's been in here since I've been off working. Tis cool! XD

@Chaos: Ah yes, I've actually heard of that site now you mention it. People letting out their couch to strangers. Sounds risky to me, but thene again the starngers I know, you wouldn't want in your home anyway. o_O

That doesn't even make sense. lol

sounds alright mono,

@chaz yeah i hope i get back to working order soon. i was told by colleagues that i'm falling apart as quick as the person's age is between 45 and 50!
showing off some of your work eh? i say go for it :) whats the worst that could happen? (don't drink Dr. Pepper whatever you do)

Ahh, the interview looming ever closer. just make sure that you keep smiling, keep your head up always, never put your hands in your pockets or fold your arms, keep them above the table at all times, make sure to wear a suit with a sensible tie, (....no garfield ties) and maybe write out what you might need to say to questions, so that you look well prepared. oh and take a briefcase, if not then a sensible bag. GOOD LUCK!

As for me....well i'm going to look online at open times for halfords, go buy myself a tent. then head round to bens and play abit of monster hunter, some rockband and relax in his garden, talking until pretty late. then head home and might come onto the chat again, or just take 2 more tablets and head off to bed.

Tachi i think a briefcase would be too formal for this kind of interview :p but i do need to be more social, they will be judging me on how i interact with other people as well, so really they are going to be doing two things to test us, looking at us as apart of a group or crowd and the one on ones

Hi Mono :D
I still can't put Claymore (series) down. Looks like I'm gonna have to clear the series before I can continue with Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai clear headed. o_O

The strangers you know are too strange?
Anyway, it works like this. Someone send you a couch surf request. You look into their profiles and message the person. If that goes well, you invite them to your couch, else, you can simply say no.

They verify members addresses and names based on credit cards and postal addresses used. I think this is good enough for me. But I'm one of those who wants to believe the world is not as rotten as the news wants me to believe it is.

I will definately watching Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai! I've loved the first four episodes. It's my mates fault for getting my watching Claymore again. I can't complain like, it's a great series. XD

I'm actually watching a few ep from that sherlock hound that Dave was on about the other day. quite riveting, makes me want to sit cross legged while eating a milky bar

Fair enough and good for you. When you put it that way, it doesn't sound so bad. Better than what I had in my head anyway. O_O lol

EDIT: Tachi, you be correct. That is the anime I am refering to. You must wartch it.

Its abit weird. a 10 year old girl putting the butt of a knife against the wall and then headbutting it? might aswell sit and watch a snuff movie lol
