I ate 2184 calories of chinese yesterday. Bit gutted as some of it felt like empty calories.1100 was on rice and spring rolls alone lol.

I'm feeling so meh this week and there's no specific reason either so I can deal with it. Booooo.

How we all?
 
I honestly can't be bothered counting calories. I shouldn't eat some of the things I do, but it's just too much effort to count and eat :confused:
 
not weighed but I think I'm back to like 13st again which is the heaviest I get, I haven't been trying to change that lately, but if I feel like losing weight then go back up to 13st it's like, normal? nothing changes when I gain it back
