The General Conversation Area

Kyuubey get's many mixed reactions to his character - on the one hand, his intentions are obviously evil, however, he is right when he question why humans feel resentment when they make a decision based on a misunderstanding. The girls accuse him of hiding the truth, but yet, they never really asked anything regarding soul-gems and other contractual b****ks.
he's not exactly evil, tha's why he makes 'is speach abou' cattle. we don' care when we eat a burger, we're nor eatin' a neighbour. kyuubey isn't 'uman, why should he care 'ow the 'umans feel about wha' 'appens. 'is main goal is the balance of things. the sub I watched 'e mentioned it was thermodynamics (which, doesn' make a lick when you're talkin' about the universe, which isn' an enclosed system with a single energy source) I jus' find 'im careless when it comes to the girls, so careless, homura is able to whack him multiple times in the series, wha' I find evil abou' 'im is tha' he jus' 'and waves the fine print

I've just gone downstairs and my Dad has made himself jam crackers - I am suitably affronted! It can't be a thing, surely!

Oh well, he's making me a brew so it makes up for it!

@Patient-X has a lot of Ghibli stuff. Is it an unpopular opinion then to say that you're not a huge fan of Ghibli?

I only like a couple of films out of the few I've seen...

well, I haven' seen a lot of ghibli, only things I can remember are spirited away and totoro, bur I did find them likeable.
holy hell why has some channel on YT gor me wantin' to watch highschool DxD... meh I've seen monmasume nothin's more echii then tha'

EDIT: one thing studio trigger did which is kind of simular to more magical girl stuff ghibli does, little witch academia. jus' a wholesome show abou' kids who wanna be witches. ghibli's usual director mentions a certain magical girl film when he says what's inspired his own films, and I feel tha' film and LWA have some simular themes. it doesn' start off lookin' like trigger but well into the series the penny kind of drops tha' there is a lot of things trigger usually does that creeps into the series

Totoro is actually my fave; I love how simple and innocent is is, as well as Kiki's Delivery Service. I wasn't too keen on Spirited away, Nausicaa; Princess Mononoke - they seemed to go on for a bit too long and I just wasn't really keen on them as films really...Beautifully animated mind you, just not keen on the subject matter and what not I guess..
