I'm going to have to disappoint, for whilst I haven't worn full Welsh national attire, I have worn the shawl and skirt combo...I don't recall wearing the hat. They sell them in all Welsh shops here though, like Welsh gifty shops...

some ov the girls in my primary use to wear those and the guys looked crossed between crimbo elf and bilbo baggins, we would wear those near St.Davids or something like tha' we would also wear those for folk dancin' aswell, but the girls often wore summort flashier for tha'I wasn't, but if you're gonna give me ideas...
