You beat me to it. Silent Hill f is giving off strong Forbidden Siren vibes. The cutscenes look impressive and it's interesting that it's being written by the author of Higurashi.
It must still be a long way from release though, since they managed to talk about it for 45 minutes without showing a second of gameplay and haven't even narrowed down the release window to a year yet.
