A lot of the animation in anime is outsourced to Korean studios anyway. The recent Eva movies even had some of the scenes animated in Vietnam and Thailand.

Korean Manga is referred to as Manwha and looking at that wiki page suggests there's not much home grown Korean Animation. Guess it doesn't have a name of it's own yet?

If you are interested in more animation form Korea i,d recommend the work of Lee Sung-gang,especially his two most famous feature animated movies,My Beautiful Girl Mari and Yobi, the Five Tailed Fox,both are great movies,ADV released My Beautiful Girl Mari years ago and is worth tracking down the dvd,the region 3 dvd of Yobi did have english subs but i think it is OOP now.

I know this is about as far away from Japan as I can get but I got the BluRay DVD of Wreck it Ralph. Would have gone for the Big Screw you four copy edtion but an extra tenner for a Digital Copy (given 3D is a dumb and useless gimmick) didn't sit right.

That's all.

According to resource (Anime Encyclopedia) it's a bit trunked so it's shorter than you think (still worth watching though). There are two basic stories over two disks.

I decided to go ahead and order Dream Eater Merry. Blind buy, let's see where this goes.

I've watched it. Review coming in a couple of days. Enjoyable show, with a couple of reservations. Just one thing. Watch the Japanese version. Save the dub for when you are feeling particularly masochistic.

There's a distinct lack of Clannad Blurays in this order. ;)

Actually this order dates back to RS's 12 Days of Christmas promotion, where they offered the dvd bundle of the two series plus the movie for $60. No blu-ray bundle unfortunately. I pre-ordered Love Hina with this just so that i'd have time to assemble the necessary funds.

How often do you tend to get hit with customs from Rightstuf? Does the amount vary depending on who delivers the items?
