Spring 2015 Legal Anime Streaming Thread

Well folks I managed to spot a couple more titles added to the Viewster line-up (aside from the announcement blog post):

NEW ADDITION:

UPDATE: Looks like 11eyes, A Bridge to the Stary Skies, Everyday Tales of a Cat God, Happiness!, Myself ; Yourself, School Days and We Without Wings are no longer active, this may have been an early leak on Viewster's behalf. I think this has happened before so I'm sure they will come back later in the month.

Looks like the missing Viewster titles are now live. You can now watch the following on the site:
11eyes
A Bridge to the Stary Skies
Everyday Tales of a Cat God
Happiness!
Myself ; Yourself
School Days
We Without Wings

And in addition Plastic Memories is now available. The show is also back on Crunchyroll for UK viewers after a mishap regarding subtitle licensing.

And interesting enough, Saint Seiya: Soul of God is also now available for the UK areas on Crunchyroll.

Now since I mentioned Crunchyroll, there are 2 slots left for simulcast and another 2 left for catalogue titles. My guess is that Future Card Buddyfight 100 and Robot Girls Z+ will take over the simulcast slots (with Robot Girls Z+ being restricted to US & Canada only).

NEW ADDITION:

Hayate the Combat Butler: Cuties (Hayate no Gotoku! Cuties)
Site: Viewster
Also available on Crunchyroll

I gotta say, Viewster is on a roll this season. There is a chance that a couple of titles that aren't available this season (but are available in other European areas for instance) may pop up later on, I know Girlfriend BETA, Trinity Seven and When Supernatural Battles Became Commonplace were originally blocked from us but ended up appearing on our end.

So overall we have:
Animax UK - 1 simulcast title
Crunchyroll - 25 simulcast titles and 4 catalog titles
Daisuki - 2 simulcast titles
Funimation [US region only] - 10 simulcast titles
Netflix - 1 delayed title
Viewster - 4 simulcast titles and 18 catalog titles

Madman announced a bunch of titles all at the same time

I think the order is telling:

Mikagura School Suite (Media Factory, FUNi)
Blood Blockade Battlefront (Toho, FUNi)
Triage X (Kadokawa, ???)
The Disappearance of Nagato Yuki-chan (Kadokawa, FUNi)
High School DxD BorN (Media Factory, FUNi)
Show by Rock (Shochiku, FUNi)
Ninja Slayer (King Record, FUNi)
Gunslinger Stratos (Aniplex)
Nisekoi Season 2 (Anipex)
My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU Too (TBS, Sentai?)

With the exception of Triage X, there's a run that are FUNi licenses in the US so they may all be sub-licensed them from them. Triage X may yet turn out to be a FUNi license too; it's not the first time a Kadokawa show was shared.

Triage X is most likely going to be a Sentai title. Sentai themselves confirmed they have at least 3 more Spring titles which could possibly be Triage X, Yamada-kun and Punchline. They also have SNAFU TOO!

I bet Triage X will be snapped up by Manga/Animatsu over here too - it practically has them written all over it. Reminds me of when they apparently nabbed High School of the Dead before it even started airing.

Hanabee now have it down under. The company it is keeping suggests it'll either go to Kaze or we'll not get it at all.

Kaze: Kyoukai no Kanata, Chu2Koi, SNAFU, Photo Kano, Rail Wars, Kawaii Complex
Crunchyroll: IS
Nada: Gourmet Girl, Outbreak Company, Rozen Maiden Z, Sakura Trick, C3

The others from that list that Hanabee got are Kyoukai no Kanata and Rail Wars. Neither of these have been released on disc even in the US yet.

Huh. That was a Momentum release wasn't it? With some connection to Manga I could never figure out (it had adverts for Manga titles on the disc IIRC, and Jerome has talked about it on Twitter as if he was involved in some way).

Oh, in case anyone is interested, Sony have a sale on movies based on "games and comics" which includes Appleseed Alpha and that Iron Man thing. And First Squad and Legend of the Milllennnnium Dragon, both of which were original stories to my knowledge....

Once again Viewster continues to amuse me:
