Cant believe this..............man, RIP Satoshi Kon, one of the greatest anime directors of recent times.................your work will live on!
Manga still hold the licence for Perfect Blue, how much extra would it cost to print off a 100 more when I can still buy all Kon's other titles today? I'd do it just as a tribute to the man, more than just to make a quick quid especially as now his works will be that much more valuable.sic vita est said:A reissue of this, especially given the current circumstances, would be nice to see. Sadly it may make little business sense.Mohawk52 said:I was going to buy Perfect Blue, but just discovered it's out of print, only used ones for sale.
Yeah that's why I want a fresh one as well. I hope Jerome sees that the reason is well worth it.sic vita est said:I'd like to think financial considerations wouldn't come into it, although I'd forgotten there'd be fewer or no BBFC fees.
Emailed Manga UK about this earlier, as I'm quite keen to buy a non-second-hand copy as well (have had to make do with rental via Lovefilm so far), not least because my money's going to his widow and estate as opposed to a previous owner of the DVD.

Absolutely heartbreaking, yet inspirational in how dignified and graceful he was in confronting his own mortality.
Their source is wrong then, it's that translation they're using.mangaman74 said:If you want to read it without the images & widgets etc, try this link,

This is Makiko Itoh's blog (Makiko translated part of Satoshi's last words according to Japanator).
