Ore no Imouto ga Konnani Kawaii Wake ga Nai. Specials

What? 2: Incestuous Boogaloo

4/10

I'd have been tempted to give the Specials a 5 or 6 if the writers had the temerity to commit to the path they set for themselves, but they chickened out at - literally - the last minute. While the series seriously went down hill after the first series and its accompanying Specials, at least it kept on delivering chuckle-worthy moments - even if they were unintended.

School Rumble Season 1 - 9/10

The first season is just pure comedy and you get introduced to all the characters and see what mad situations they get themselves in. (The Dub is spot on for School rumble aswell i think)

School Rumble Season 2 - 9.5/10

I rate this season higher as you still get the comedy gold but the characters get alot more development which was good to see.

Overall it's a very good show, funny, great characters, good soundtrack and great voice actors. (The OVA's are funny aswell and worth checking out if you enjoyed the series).

The "Hentai" Prince and the Stony Cat.

Quiet funny...it thought I got it all figured out that he'd be stuck with a wish and all he can do is tell the truth and it does a serious move on his past.

Animations nice
Characters funny
Story it.was ok

Depends. I haven't actually read either the manga or the anime though I am aware of the missing scenes and such. Rarely have I watched an adaption that was arguably 'better' than the source material so I'd say that you wouldn't have much to lose by doing so? I guess the simplest thing would be to try the anime, if you are at all curious then go back and then read the light novels maybe?
I was semi-interested in the anime since it was a rare show that Maxon was actually watching. As long as you're not saying the LNs are waaaaaaay better don't touch the anime with a bargepole in comparison type-thing, I'll probably check it out.

Nanana's Buried Treasure

I wanted to write something long about this but I think my comment above sums this series up pretty well, a decent beginning but it falls to shambles later on. Whether or not it's the fault of the writer or the production company isn't clear but either way, the characters felt messily written at times and the plot always seemed to move forward without really moving closer towards some semblance of an ending. I didn't anticipate it would achieve as much, being the adaption of an on-running light novel but nor did I expect it to veneer like it did during the second half. It could have been a guilty please, now it's just an unrewarding mess.

pass/10

100% agreed. The first three episodes looked promising, then from four onwards it fell apart, the pacing was some of the worst I've seen. It felt like they were just concentrating on getting through the material quickly so in turn forgot to give us a reason to care about the characters.

The concept was interesting and I liked the art & soundtrack but overall heavily disappointing.

Madoka Magica 9/10
I really like this series and would love to give it a higher rating but it kinda confused me in places.

Akira 7/10
I can definitely see why this films so well respected among the Otaku community but it isn't really my cup of tea (Which is odd since there are a few similarities to Ghost in the Shell and other Sci-Fi Anime I'm into.

Cowboy Bebop the Movie 9/10
Almost as good as the series. This was a very fun story and fits well with the series.

10 Tokyo warriors

It was bad I mean bad bad

The dub was completely crap......It's like.they didn't put any soul to it.

The animation mixed with cgi looked just as bad

The characters haven't got any personality

The story is a mess and out of order.

Haganai NEXT - 6/10

...what the hell was that nonsense in the second half of episode 12? In shows like Haganai the characters spend the vast majority of their screen time being walking, talking one-note jokes, and then suddenly, out of nowhere, SCREAMING DRAMA. Ugh. So much badness.

The show is pretty funny when not getting ideas above its station, though not as funny as the manga owing to the lack of the hilariously distorted faces and lively artwork that make Itachi's version such a joy to read. All the anime has is faithful renditions of Buriki's character designs, and that's not quite enough to prevent it from being a mediocre looking show when it's otherwise devoid of visual flair.

Soul Eater - Started off great and introduced the 'main villain' the soundtrack is good, the characters are good but I just don't thing the story and the fights are 'that good' also I think it needs to have a second season as I believe the manga has more story than the anime. 7/10

Sword Art Online - Never got round to finishing SAO but I had to considering SAO II is out and what a series it was, I was put off by the comments like 'Second half is forgettable' & 'ALfheim Online is terrible' but I thought it was good and the ending (which i'm not going to spoil) is amazing. 9.5/10 (Hyped for SAO II)

Chance pop session

This was pretty decent, it was heart warming, a bit of heart braking, the music was good, the story was short but sweet but it could of been a bit longer for more drama.

Ringing bell

..............ok who here has seen

Watership down
Plague dogs
Animal farm

Because this movie is up there with them.

To be honest I was expecting a silly happy happy story, but it gets dark after a while.

It's about a sheep that goes after a wolf that kills his mother.

The movie is too short it should of been longer. It's different to what I usually watch and that's good.

8/10

Don't judge the cover of this,

I recommend this.........It's good.

Go watch it now, it's only 47 minutes but it's worth it.

After watching it read about it.....the info about it on wiki is very interesting and is the only shock ANIME for children

School days

This is a really bad anime

99% of the characters are awful
The story is bad
The main guy is a prick
The animation is average

5/10

The last.Episode.was brilliant I love it.

Legendary Ninja Cats - 9/10

I enjoyed this from start to finish. I loved Samurai Pizza Cats 20 years ago and hoped this original language release would live up the memory and it did. Genuinely and consistently funny (when so many comedies aren't) and it actually has a half decent story running through the whole show and too top it all I absolutely love the early 90's art style and animation. A few too many recap episodes aside Legendary Ninja Cats truly deserves its cult status.
