Rate the last anime you watched out of 10

Chaos/Head - 6/10

What a waste of potential. Could have been great but ended up feeling rushed and the main character just becomes annoying. Not one I'm likely to re-watch in a hurry
 
Vampire Hunter D - 6.5/10

Feels dated now, as do so many of its era - but holds up better than others (*cough* Shadow Skill *cough*)

Some rather amusing dub work too - but satisfyingly violent in places, and doesn't outstay its welcome.
 
I think you see the same effect in a lot of media, though. Work from the 90s in particular can age very quickly compared to older stuff. Could just be a generational effect, I guess.
 
Having thought about it, I'd be tempted to say that maybe the 'typical' '90s look was more distinctive than that of the 1980s and thus more readily associated with a certain time and place, but I think I've probably spent more time watching things from the '80s and wouldn't be best qualified to comment.
 
Alien 9

First off what the hell is wrong with the teachers allowing children to fight aliens that would kill them......not only that but thanks to the teachers who cares about some stupid competition instead of the well being of the children who are bloody traumatised at the end of the series.

This was even traumatizing for me to watch this happen to them kids, while the kids are sacred and crying the teachers are like.........Oh you'll get used to it.

So yeah it's about kids fighting aliens in school.............

You know, I think I'm the only person in the world who preferred the first movie to Bloodlust. At least, I think I do, I need to watch both again. I used to love that first film though, and always felt a bit let down by Bloodlust.
 
WXIII PATLABOR movie 3

Pretty good the movie is a old one but I wouldn't say it's aged .......more like it's aged like a fine wine. It takes place between movie 1 and 2 but instead of being concentrated on the main cast of the series it's concentrated on two detectives who is trying to solve the case which happened in the first one from there point of view, and its good.....not over the top good but it's good like,

7.5/10 good
 
Paradise kiss

Pretty good, almost realistic, it's about a girl who doesn't know what to do and she falls for some dude and she wants to become a model and her mother doesn't give her enough freedom.

The animation is....Well interesting
Charecters almost realistic
Story not bad

Pretty good but not fantastic
