I'd have to guess that like with the disc replacement for Kyatto-Ninden Teyandee they'll get the replacement discs and send them out when they get them, but that does depend on how viz deals with the replacement procedure since like when NISA issued a replacement disc for daily lives of high school boys you had to go through them to get it (although they didn't get all anal if you weren't in the US).Rosencrantz said:Mrclt1994 said:NormanicGrav said:

As it's 1 disc I'd suspect they won't have issued a recall and you'll have to put your name down for Viz's replacement programme, lets hope they are cool and will assist non US customers. I suppose it's possible UP1 might be able to talk to Viz about being supplied with replacement discs, but that'd be a bit unusual I'd suspect.

They actually issued a replacement disc for those who already has the set (I'd had my set mixed in with a batch of other items that shipped after the release and the replacement disc was included in the batch if I remember correctly) and would have been included in any further batch that was shipped to retailers (since any unshipped sets that has the defective disc would have has it replaced and all sets after that would have included the fixed disc), but they didn't fix all the subtitle timing issues as there's a brief section of mis-timed subtitles before the break in the episode right after the known subtitle timing issues.HdE said:demonix said:I'd have to guess that like with the disc replacement for Kyatto-Ninden Teyandee they'll get the replacement discs and send them out when they get them, but that does depend on how viz deals with the replacement procedure since like when NISA issued a replacement disc for daily lives of high school boys you had to go through them to get it (although they didn't get all anal if you weren't in the US).
Dang - there was an issue with Kyatto-Ninden Teyandee? What was it, if you don't mind my asking? I have a box set of that which I haven't got around to watching yet.
EDIT: Just found out. Apparently the subtitles on episode 9 are mis-timed. I've checked my copy and there's no issue. So I'm guessing there must have been a new print run which fixed the problem.

This i am happy about. Hopefully AL will release not too long in the future as i would love to replace my Beez anime legends dvd release as the subtitles are a mess (some missing). I do like the dub but i prefer to watch anime subbed.NormanicGrav said:Rightstuf have confirmed that Gundam Wing will be coming to Blu-ray, but it will take some time for its initial release.
