It's been mentioned but seemingly not linked, but I really did like Spice and Wolf S1's intro. It just seemed so eminently suitable.

Depends how much I like it, how much of a cliffhanger the previous episode ended on and how difficult it is to skip (a lot easier for DVDs than for streams).

One current show I will say that I never skip the OP of, though, is Chihayafuru, so I guess there are exceptions for me. I also never skipped the first Guilty Crown OP.
