They still do that, my final Xmas order was 11 standard Blu-rays, and it came in a box with bubble-wrap and air pillows.
I guess they only use those for larger orders. I've always gotten smaller orders from them in those book wrap mailers with bubble wrap, which is more than what most companies do nowadays!
My 9 item order came bubble wrapped and with air pillows as well. Very impressed with the packaging despite the long delay in getting it sent out.
Amazon on the other hand, apparently, can't afford decent packaging despite being one of the most profitable companies in the world. Every time I order from them I'm crossing my fingers hoping that the case doesn't get cracked, or the discs get knocked loose and scratched.
