UK Anime Distributor Anime Limited Discussion Thread

That won't happen from Anime Limited, as Crunchyroll have UK rights.
Maybe not?
Despite Crunchyroll handling translation, cinematic releases & streaming in Germany & France, the DVD & Blu-rays of the Sword Art Online Progressive were released by Peppermint & Anime Ltd FR, who also released previous Sword Art Online seasons.

Yet both films were released in cinemas by Crunchyroll in the UK (the first film under the Funimation UK label), and neither film was given a home video release, considering this is Aniplex we're talking about.

If anything, later seasons of Demon Slayer were released by Crunchyroll UK, rather than Anime Limited, who released the first season.

If we talk about wanted home video releases:

Is there any chance that March Comes in Like a Lion part 3 and 4 will ever get released? The Aniplex of America version is out of print, which means that nowadays you have to pay £1500 just for part 4... In the past (when the first 2 parts were released) the other parts were teased to be released 'in the future', but nothing has happened so far.

Would be nice to get season two widely available again. I've decided to start collecting the manga in English as a kind of substitute, which is being released by Denpa.

Got my A Place Further Than the Universe replacement disc sorted, it'll be sent out within the coming days. I've been holding off on watching it so I look forward to finally being able to.

Managed to get mine sorted the other day as well (finally). Looks like they're just shipping out standard editions for those that ask, which have the corrected discs (including the disc label now showing the correct episode numbers, in addition to the missing dub audio).

In the dub, there's a scene where around 3 seconds of a background character talking is missing the audio. Additionally, disc 1 is mislabelled in terms of the episode numbers.
Awesome, thanks for the info. Guess I'll start by emailing AL as well then.

I wish they would just send replacements out automatically, as one may be none the wiser if not on the ball... Then again, MVM were fantastic when I needed my first disc for the Air dvd replaced after realising the major flaw years after I bought it!
