Both Clannad seasons will work on UK ps3/4. Dont know if the sentai bypass works in Portugal or not though.
Japanese release of Steins Gate Movie is region free and has english subs.
I might have to get S;G that way. Will look it up.
Clannad won't work for sure, I use my xbox xD and while I do have a ps4 the blu ray reader no longer works, it's a digital only console right now.

I think the point is that all western Steins;Gate releases are terrible PQ wise.

If you’re thinking banding, then the movie is nothing as bad as the series. It’s pretty watchable.

Is there even any version out there without the banding? (Aside from that rerelease in Japan I think?) Germany's version that's up on Netflix is just as bad despite coming considerably later than the English territory versions.

ye but you'd need to subtitle those yourself, which is why people usually go with the JP release.

Well the show you need to sub yourself anywhere bar US.The film isnt very good imo so was never tempted to spend JP money on it

I've got the German one go out in fact. That one would not have region code issues. But you'd need to know German or Japanese...
