They are charging £150 I bet for this Im sure they dont expect people would pay that for the same discs. Like I hate paying more £20 just for packaging, and dont get me started on 120pg is a big art book like they tried to promote at MCM. Im pissed off by this as I kinda wanted it till I saw it, super impractical packaging even more so than FMA's imo, a super insane price when 90% own the discs and the OSTs you can import most from Japan. This gonna flop FMA took a while to sell out this will take longer.
 
I guess. The reason I thought it was possible is that he knows Andrew, so I thought there might be a slim chance. Any re-authored discs would be nice, as really packaging and CDs are the main selling point of this release. (The Art Book is cool, though)
 
Yes, and calling that CE lazy or sh*t just because the discs where not re-authored (they're not perfect but still bettter than Failmation in the US) is stupid as hell.
It's like : "no I don't see the vinyl case, the huge 120 pages artbook, the 3 freaking OST CDs, no I just wanted my re-authored BD, hur-dur"
Of course the price is high, too high for the contetn in my opinion, and you can have that opinion no problem at all, but calling that release Lazy or sh*t is beyond stupidity.

Its not very cool or practical. Unless your a vinyl collector which I sadly dont have room for.
And priced up importing the CDs £55 so £40 for show,£55 for the OST so for a case and 110pg art book its £60 if they give a good EB Price. Otherwise the RRP to parts means the box and book costs £200

If the discs are your main concern with the release, I would say this release isn't aimed at you. It's clearly pointed at hardcore fans who will appreciate the numbered vinyl box, the massive artbook, the OSTs all being released domestically so they're easier to get a hold of. I don't like this release either, but I'm sure a fair amount of people will.

For me I want good value for money this doesnt offer it, I know im the rare anime fan who cares more about disc than what box its in (Which I dont own Geass because I just want the disc)

I mean, that's a totally valid stance and all, but not everyone is going to share it, and you can't really be angry at people defending it because they don't agree with you.
 
I dont think should have listed this without an EB price. Telling its £300 RRP is a joke and not very good marketing because it doesnt look worth near £300.
Why is this being diverted to the Perfect Blue UE we havent even seen that yet, so again im waiting for the price on that too. And is the new author UE exclusive I wonder.

Yeah Perfect Blue is looking to be a great re-release with an addition such as that, as well as the new transfer.
