They have needed a dedicated customer relations person for ages many emails just never get answered

If my message on Twitter doesn't get responded to in the next few days or so, then I'll try making contact with Hanners.

I don't have a Discord account, so I'll have to make one. God, it's going to end up as an actual mission just to get a response from customer service 😂

Anime Limited is the only company I buy from where the customer service team just simply do not respond to queries. I think the last response I actually got from them was nearly a year ago now 🙃

I emailed nearly a week ago regarding APFTTU, and nothing. I know it's par for the course with them, but it's actually crazy how unresponsive their customer service continues to be. What if you needed to cancel an order?

So poor. I may see if I can try to nudge them on Twitter/X.

it does sometimes seem like that if there isn't a answer to give, one isn't given at all (vs saying to wait for more info, or even just saying theres no plans for any action) which doesn't help, as it can seem as being potentially deliberatively uncommunicative.

Part of me wonders with this is if they are waiting for the US standard to be ready for sale, apparently the discs having the primary issue fixed wasn't expected, as the production had supposedly started (in some form) before the issue was noted.

The other option that only really come around this time of year is the year youtube event for the lead up too the 12 days of Christmas event they usually hold "cloud matsuri", usually around mid too late Novmeber (although I haven't heard anything yet of when its going to be, but I think they do only give a week notice sometimes)

But cloud matsuri's last stream day usually has Question and answers section. But obviously depends on your question for whether you would want to ask via that.

EDIT: and that is assumeing its not cancelled now they are back at MCM
 
I'm just after a fixed disc for my APFTTU CE set. I really don't want to (nor should I) have to buy a separate standard edition to get a correctly labelled disc and the missing line of dialogue.

As far as I know, they haven't said anything about a disc replacement program, so I was maybe thinking they may send one out if you emailed and asked for one. But I honestly have no idea what is going on behind the scenes with it.

I guess I'll just have to wait and see what happens.

I member it took literal months to get a persona 5 CE replacement disk I emailed them prob 5 times or so cos he he standard fixed the issue.

I'm keeping receipts. I'll carry on pestering them (within reason) until I get somewhere.

Would be nice to even just get a response that says 'no', you're not getting one 😂

The next standard set has been solicited. Expect a slower cadence for tge CEs as they contain double the episodes of the standard sets.

I just checked the blog post when plans were announced and they did state every couple of months for the Collectors editions.

Standards i assume are every month much like Bleach is supposed to be. (Edit -same blog does confirm the plan was every month for Naruto standards)

They did state that they Bleach CE with art box (sets 6&10) may see a break between releases due to more approval requirements.

It's been delayed until December 9th according to AoL, not unusual for the AL webstore to not have dates updated.

This means both parts will be released on the same day, unless the second part gets delayed too.

You would think they could at least let people who have (pre-)ordered know. Or update their own website.
But no. We’re used to this, and it’s completely expected to have to find out in some roundabout way from a third party.

And I said this before, but the title seemed to be all ready for release (well over a year ago), before it got ‘transferred’ to AL (and split into two parts). It’s like they don’t do anything until the week before the due date.
