Pre-ordered part 1 of Bleach from AL, yet I have not received the email with the discount code for part 2. Is the code unique or is it the same for everyone?
 
Well everyone, looks like AL have seriously messed up the website by introducing one of these annoying hCaptcha. Basically it means that when you try to sign into your AL account you will also be asked to fill out a random hCaptcha. Even if you fill it out correctly and submit it will say your answer was wrong and you will be asked to fill it out (again) = same result, try again (multiple times) = same result. No matter how many times you try, you're in a endless loop and it won't let you sign in. AL NEED THIS TO GET THIS REMOVED ASAP.

Were you using a mouse or a touchscreen? IIRC, those things work by detecting if you have the shaky mouse movement of a human.

I had the same issue. I had to change it to desktop and it was still a bit of a pain.
 
Anime Limited is the only company I buy from where the customer service team just simply do not respond to queries. I think the last response I actually got from them was nearly a year ago now 🙃

I emailed nearly a week ago regarding APFTTU, and nothing. I know it's par for the course with them, but it's actually crazy how unresponsive their customer service continues to be. What if you needed to cancel an order?

So poor. I may see if I can try to nudge them on Twitter/X.
