Unfortunately, I didn't receive mine, so I had to re-subscribe to the newsletter in hope for a delayed e-mail with the code (I just found out that I was automatically unsubscribed from the newsletters).

That's a glitch in ALs checkout system. If you don't check the sign up for the newsletter it unsubscribes you on every transaction.

The code is universal, it will only activate on an active unlimited account though.

Back on August 3, I ordered two released Blu-rays from them and they still haven't shipped yet.

Are both titles in-stock and not pre-order titles by any chance? they only ship all items in an order together now instead of partial shipments so if one of the titles fall under awaiting a re-print or isn't out yet that could be why.
If not though definitely try contacting them (though I know these days it's 50 / 50 if you'll get a reply).
EDIT: Re-reading I did see that you mentioned "released" titles, my bad
